To support our learners and families, our school community includes dedicated Certified Wellness Coaches and a Community School Liaison.
Certified Wellness Coach (CWC)
The Certified Wellness Coach is a trained professional dedicated to helping learners build healthy behaviors and improve their overall well-being. Through individualized coaching, goal setting, and health education, CWCs provide physical, emotional, and behavioral support using evidence-based strategies. Working collaboratively with school staff and families, they motivate learners, connect them with valuable wellness resources, and empower them to make positive, lasting lifestyle changes.

Community School Liaison (CSL)
The Community School Liaison is a school-based advocate focused on removing non-academic barriers to support learner attendance, engagement, and success. Serving as case managers for attendance concerns, CSLs work closely with learners, families, school staff, and community partners to deliver targeted interventions and connect families with essential resources. Additionally, CSLs provide dedicated, individualized support to learners experiencing housing insecurity (McKinney-Vento), helping ensure educational access, stability, and equal opportunities to thrive.
