The Marshall Family Resource Center (MFRC) is part of Eureka City Schools (ECS) and a proud member of the Humboldt Network of Family Resource Centers (HNFRC). Through strong partnerships with local organizations, we provide essential support to students, families, and community members in need. Our goal is to ensure all children have the necessary resources to enroll, attend, and succeed in school.
All services are provided at no cost.

Location and Contract Information
The Marshall Family Resource Center is located behind the Eureka City Schools District Main Office, in the courtyard at the corner of Trinity Street and I Street. While we share the same address as the district office, our entrance is located separately for easy access.

Taevia Salazar Pettitt serves as the Coordinator of the Marshall Family Resource Center, bringing with her extensive experience as a McKinney-Vento Foster Youth Educational Liaison, a strong background in social work, and a deep, ongoing commitment to supporting students, families, and the community.
