After School Program Enrollment

20-21 After School Program Enrollment
Posted on 05/20/2020

This is a reminder that we are currently accepting applications for the 2020-21 ECS After School Programs known as ASES. Students in grades TK-8 are invited to apply. Our no-cost ASES programs are available to eligible students at Alice Birney, Grant, Lafayette and Washington Elementary Schools, as well as at Zane and Winship Middle Schools. In order to receive first consideration for enrollment, please submit your application by May 29. Applications received after May 29 will automatically be placed on a waiting list.

Application forms were included in the work packets distributed to students in April. Application forms may also be downloaded from the Eureka City Schools website - www.eurekacityschools.org - under the “for parents” dropdown menu. Additionally, elementary and middle school application forms are available to be picked-up during the curbside meal service times at each elementary school on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11 AM to 1:00 PM.

Your completed application form may be returned in one of three ways:

By dropping it off at one of the elementary schools during the curbside meal service times

By dropping it off in the mail slot located at the front entrance of the Eureka City Schools Administration Office, at 2100 J Street, or

By mailing it to Eureka City Schools, 2100 “J” Street, Eureka, CA 95501

You will receive notification of whether or not your child is enrolled in the program in late June. If you have any questions, please contact the ASES Program Coordinator at your child’s school. Thank you for your attention to this announcement. Stay well, we miss you!
