Career Technical Education

At Eureka City Schools (ECS), we’re dedicated to preparing students for the careers of tomorrow through exceptional Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. Our CTE opportunities equip students with essential academic knowledge, practical job skills, and hands-on experience. Whether it’s developing technical expertise or gaining workplace readiness, ECS ensures students receive top-tier career-focused education.

By partnering with local businesses and industries, we offer students invaluable real-world learning experiences. These connections not only strengthen students’ understanding of their chosen fields but also help them confidently pursue college, career, or trade pathways after graduation.

Middle schoolers at Winship and Zane Middle Schools get an early introduction to CTE, offering a preview of the extensive course options available at Eureka High School and Zoe Barnum Continuation High School. With over 30 diverse programs to explore, including floral design, welding, auto shop, pottery, architectural design, and culinary arts, there’s a pathway for every student’s passion and ambition.

At ECS, we’re shaping future leaders by blending education with experience, empowering students to succeed in the evolving workforce.
