Z oe Barnum High School students spread a lot of holiday cheer with their efforts to make Christmas a little brighter for a needy Eureka family. The students, in partnership with Salvation Army, and under the guidance of teacher John Smith and AmeriCorps member Brennan Cassady, provided every member of the family with gifts, clothing, and a Christmas dinner this past holiday season. This was the second year Zoe Barnum High School has participated in the Salvation Army’s Adopt–A–Family program. Other Eureka City Schools also participated in the Adopt–A–Family program including Alice Birney, Lafayette, Lincoln, Washington, and Worthington.
