T he EHS Music Department, Washington, and Jefferson schools are participating in a powerful fund–raising opportunity, and we need your help! The program is called eScrip. It’s fast, simple, and has the potential to earn big bucks for our students. It’s as easy as shopping at your favorite stores. All you need to do is register the card(s) that you shop with. Safeway Club Cards, ATM/debit or credit cards. A donation is made to the school in your name each time you shop using your registered cards at eScrip merchants. The current list of merchants includes Safeway, Payless Shoe Source, Eddie Bauer, Petsmart, American Airlines, Budget Rent–A–Car, and many hotels nationwide. Each merchant donates varying percentages of your total monthly purchases. The merchant list is continually growing. Visit eScrip at www.escripinc.com for an up–to–date list and more information. There is a minimal $10 annual fee to register with eScrip, and a report will be mailed to the participating group each month detailing the amount of each member’s donation. You can register by calling 1-800-592-0942. EHS Music Boosters account is 137 115 518. Just think about how much you can donate to your school just for buying groceries. Safeway will contribute to your school, and it will not change the savings that you get on coupons or by using your Safeway card. Safeway will donate up to 4%. If you have 10 people that spend $600 per month this is $240 per month your organization could earn. Your school program can potentially earn hundreds of dollars from your participation alone!
