After School Education and Safety (ASES) Program Registration

Registration for After School Education and Safety (ASES) programs at our 4 elementary schools and Zane is now open. The application deadline for the elementary schools is May 31 and the deadline for Zane is June 10. Applications and letters to parents are linked below to download, or can be picked up at the school the student will be attending next year. Applications should be returned to the school when completed.

Administrator of the Year

Eureka City Schools has recognized a very special administrator as our Administrator of the Year, Arlene Lazio. Currently, she is our Director of Food Services. She has worked for Eureka City Schools for 19 years. She started out working at Eureka High School but was soon noticed as someone with leadership qualifications. More opportunities to be a leader arose until she was and is an administrator who supervises a large staff, has to meet very specific state and federal guidelines always making sure that students needs and satisfaction come first. She explores options, is creative, forward thinking, and willing to work together to solve issues.
