EHS Automotive Program Receives Donation

The Automotive Program at Eureka High School recently received an assortment of tools from the estate of the late Fred Sepic.  Mr. Sepic was a Eureka High student who went into business with his brother, Emerick, following graduation.  Together they ran Sepic’s Auto and Marine, a parts supply business for 40 years.

Torg Sahlman, Automotive Technology/ASE Academy Teacher at Eureka High said, "This donation was such an unexpected surprise. The donated items will supplement our class supplies.  It was so thoughtful of Mr. Sepic to remember the Automotive Program by donating his personal tools."

The Automotive Technology/ASE Academy is offered through the Humboldt Regional Occupational Program (HROP) which is funded by the Humboldt County Office of Education.  For more information on the Automotive Technology class at Eureka High, please contact Torg Sahlman at (707) 445-7103.
