New Lafayette Principal

This school year, Eureka City Schools welcomes new Lafayette elementary principal Angela Shull.  Angela is a third generation native of Humboldt County who looks forward to returning home to raise her family and continue her professional goals.

Angela began her teaching career in Scotia, Pacific Union, and Sunny Brae Middle School before moving to Cottonwood where she taught as a teacher leader at Evergreen School District.  As quoted from her previous superintendent, “…she has the ability to see through the minutia and manage many things at once while keeping focused on the most important things, student motivation and student learning.”

Angela received her Multiple Subjects teaching credential with CLAD Certification from Humboldt State University and her Masters in Education in Reading Instruction at Chico State University.  Angela received her Tier 1 Administrative Services Credential from Simpson University.

Please welcome Angela to Eureka City Schools and Lafayette Elementary School for the new 2012-2013 school year.
