Cobell Scholarship for American Indian Student – Deadline 6/1/16

COBELL SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The Cobell Scholarship is annual, non-renewable, and available to any full-time and degree-seeking American Indian or Alaska Native post-secondary (after high school) student attending any nationally, regionally and industry accredited non-profit, public and private, institution while pursuing a vocational certificate or diploma, associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, professional degree or certificate. All applicants must demonstrate an unmet need as indicated below.

Below you will find the two (2) required forms that must be completed, submitted to their respective offices and returned to the Cobell Scholarship by the posted deadline(s).

In addition, all applicants must be prepared to upload a PDF version of their collective and most recent transcript(s) to the online Cobell Scholarship application.

* Note: applications for descendants are being accepted and funding consideration is pending.

TRIBAL ELIGIBILITY FORM (TEF) – TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENROLLMENT OFFICE OF THE APPLICANT’S AFFILIATED TRIBE

Cobell Scholarship Financial Needs Analysis  When the form is processed, applicants will receive an email that the “FNA” has been received and processed.

Cobell Scholarship Tribal Enrollment Form When the form is processed, applicants will receive an email that the “TEF” has been received and processed.
