Negotiation Session Tuesday 10-06-2015
The CSEA Negotiating Team and the District met to discuss several elements of the Vocational Caseworker: Transition Partnership Program (TPP) position. The parties agreed to revise the job description for this position.
We briefly discussed moving forward with the CSEA White Collar Unit for Fact Finding.
The District presented an MOU to the CSEA Blue Collar Unit which included:
- one-time 3% increase on the salary schedule
- one-time additional $80 monthly contribution to health and welfare, bringing the contribution to $986
- each of these would be effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016
- the parties discussed the proposal as well as other ideas
