The annual Eureka High LiveStrong Day Event took place on Friday May 22 during lunch. The event featured a "Wear the Most Yellow" contest, music, a hand print banner now displayed in the EHS cafeteria, and hair donations for Locks of Love. B&B Beauty generously volunteered their time to cut a minimum of 9 inches of hair for cancer patients. EHS music teacher, Charles Young shaved off his locks that he had been growing for the entire school year in honor of people close to him who have experienced cancer.
