Zane Lock Down 10-28-2014

All students are safe.  Zane was in a precautionary lock down for about 20 minutes today starting at approximately 12:30 p.m. at the request of the Eureka Police Department.  An inmate walked away from the SWAP yard across the gulch from Zane.  EPD has determined the area to be safe and has allowed us to lift the lock down.  The inmate has not been apprehended, but we have been advised by EPD that students are not in danger.  Dismissal this afternoon will happen as usual.

Update: The inmate that walked away from the SWAP yard across from Zane is now in custody.
