Eureka school board declines to revisit Jay Willard Gym decision The school board decided to not revisit their April 7, 2004 vote to adopt the Eureka High facility master plan including replacement of Jay Willard Gymnasium with a new gym. Eureka school board to hear district response to Jay Willard Gym report On February 16, at its regular workshop meeting at 4:30 p.m., the Eureka City Schools Governing Board will hear a presentation on the district response to the Metcalf Builders, Inc. (MBI) report commissioned by and presented to the Committee for a Second Opinion. Eureka school board to hold facilities workshop on Wednesday, January 12, 2005 The board will discuss elementary school bond projects, the Jacobs Education Center, and plans for the new Eureka High School gymnasium.
